Stay at a "Mom and Pop Retro" Lodge for Your Vacation

It's time to make your summer vacation plans and you are looking for a place to stay. Consider a small "mom and pop" place that has been in existence since the 40's, 50's and/or the 60's. There are many of them here in New Hampshire.

 

These smaller lodging establishments may not always provide you  with all of the amenities a larger motel can, but the welcome you receive and the genuine willingness to make your stay as comfortable as possible can far outweigh a small bottle of shampoo in the bathroom.

 

Most of these places have a pool, outdoor play area and are conveniently located to whatever it is you are looking to do. Many of them also offer free WIFI. As you plan your next vacation give thought to accommodations at a "retro era" lodge. It could be an experience you will always remember.
